My order has arrived, but a bottle has been broken, what should I do?
It is important to check your order as soon as it arrives, if there are any breakages it is important to contact us as soon as possible (within 3 working days). We will happily send a replacement bott e.

I have received a product I did not order, why is this?
In our terms and conditions we offer substitute products if the one ordered is unavailable. The substituted product will always be of same or higher value.
