Tasting Notes:

Allan Scott's Non-vintage Methode Traditionelle is a very elegant wine. There are strong autolysis characters, which come from the lees ageing, and an abundance of fresh fruit characters, that also have a hint of lemon. The palate continues with this theme but is a little more exaggerated and pleasant because of the bubbles in the wine.
