Tasting Notes:
Black fruits, blackberry, black plum and black cherry give richness of flavour on the nose. This complex mix is there on the palate, the black plum pushing for dominance but towards the back there is a fresher spicier feel that lifts the flavours and gives some brightness on the finish. It is light on both nose and palate showing an attractive mix of bramble and raspberry. 87/100 points Derek Smedley MW Perfect with all red meat dishes and especially BBQ food. Not too weighty, so will compliment many meals.

We are delighted to launch a new range of wines from California sourced from Scotto Family Wines, based in Lodi. We have been privileged to work with Anthony to develop the blends for this range with an emphasis on bright fruit expression and minimal use of oak. The Carignan vines which produce the fruit for the Cabernet Carignan blend are over 100 years old resulting in a wine of great concentration at this price level.
