The vines are grown in Central Valley, on the gravely soils, benefiting
from the cool winters and long dry summers, which has resulted in high
quality fruit being produced year after year.A slow ripening period is
created by the fall in temperatures of 32ºC during the day to 13ºC at
night, enabling perfect fruit to ripen and create the very best raw
materials for this team of winemakers.Capturing some of the Latin fever,
El Picador have succeeded in filling each bottle with fresh, ripe fruit
flavours, expressing the characteristics typical of the grape
varietals. Suitably priced as an everyday wine, this selection is
