Tasting Notes:
Bright gold in colour with aromas of dried lemon peel, white flowers and plenty of minerality to add complexity. On the palate this wine has ripe fruit balanced by great acidity with flavours similar to those on the nose and a long finish. The sweetness of the Vendange Tardive style adds a viscosity and luscious feel which prolongs the length and adds further weight and structure to palate.

The Pfister estate covers 10 hectares of vineyard spread across 40
different parcels, primarily in Dahlenheim, in the northern part of
Alsace, about 20km west of Strasbourg. Winemaker MÈlanie Pfi ster
is the eighth generation of her family to work at the domaine. She
started there after finishing her studies and work experience which
included vintages with Craggy Range in New Zealand, Zind
