Tasting Notes:
Slightly deep straw yellow in colour, crystal clear with greenish highlights. The taste is inviting, fresh, alive with hints of acacia honey and ripe apples. The slightly tickling bubbles, which are fine and persistent on the palate make “IL” the semi-sparkling wine par excellence.

Mionetto is located in the heart of the ValdobbiadeneConegliano D.O.C. in the province of Treviso. The winery was founded in 1887 by Francesco Mionetto. His descendent the ebullient Sergio Mionetto is still at the forefront of Prosecco production and knows all the local growers intimately. The wonderful Prosecco grape is at the heart of everything they do.
