This delicious rose is also Frizzante. Not technically Prosecco as its made from red grapes. However we thought it was too lovely to ignore. The lightly pressed grapes give a brilliant lively rose marasca cherry and raspberry beauty. Ideal as as an appetizer with white meats and particularly with grilled fish.

Mionetto is located in the heart of the ValdobbiadeneConegliano D.O.C. in the province of Treviso. The winery was founded in 1887 by Francesco Mionetto. His descendent the ebullient Sergio Mionetto is still at the forefront of Prosecco production and knows all the local growers intimately. The wonderful Prosecco grape is at the heart of everything they do.
