Tasting Notes:
Not a typical light Pinot Noir but from here in Mendoza the ripe fruit give and intense ruby red colour with floral notes on the nose, particularly violets and roses going into ripe cherry fruit and a firm structure. Ideal with roast beef and other meat based dishes.
