This wine is bright lemon yellow in colour, with lively citrus zest on the nose alongside a fresh gooseberry character.This is an aromatic, medium-bodied wine which combines the apple and citrus fruit of Chenin Blanc with more weight and gooseberry flavours from the Semillon.

Grapes are all grown on Bianchiís own estate of 350 hectares in San
Rafael, to the south of Mendoza city. The Prados wines are dual
varietal, with the focus on varieties which particularly suit Mendozaís
dry, sunny climate to make a ripe, juicy style that has both elegance
and freshness.
