Minimum order 6 bottles. The 2008 M3 Chardonnay is distinctly savoury, slightly austere, with restrained ripe citrus fruit and great palate length.

Established in 1989 by Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith, Shaw and
Smith’s aim is to make contemporary, high quality wines that stand
amongst the best of their type in Australia. The wines are made
exclusively from grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills, one of Australia’s
coolest and most exciting regions.
Michael and Martin have only released two vintages of their Pinot Noir
so far and have made it in tiny amounts.
