Only available in cases of 6. Sauvignon Blanc is a regional speciality of the cooler Adelaide Hills region. This wine is unoaked to maximise its fresh varietal character and overall tangy, zippy flavours. The aroma has restrained Sauvignon grassiness coupled with riper passionfruit character. The palate is fresh and lively with pure varietal fruit flavours and crisp acidity.

Established in 1989 by Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith, Shaw and
Smith’s aim is to make contemporary, high quality wines that stand
amongst the best of their type in Australia. The wines are made
exclusively from grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills, one of Australia’s
coolest and most exciting regions.
Michael and Martin have only released two vintages of their Pinot Noir
so far and have made it in tiny amounts.
