Tasting Notes:
Excellent depth of ruby red colour, with an attractive, open berry perfume. On the nose it is spicy and ripe, with perfumes of plums and blackberries which follow through to the palate. Smooth, rounded tannins with just enough structure to support the juicy fruit hold up to the finish.

with fruit sourced from various vineyards in Western Australia.
Legend says that the first white settlers arriving in Western Australia
believed they were sailing through the gates of hell as they
watched St. Elmoís fire light up the sky above them. As they prayed
for mercy, they named the area Hellfire Bay.
