Omrah Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2008 Great Southern

Tasting Notes:
Available in cases of 6 only. Very good varietal expression with plum, mulberry and blackberry fruit on the nose. Quite deep and brooding with lush blackcurrant laced with dried herbs and spicy vanilla derived from its time in oak. The tannins are persistent but very fine.

The Omrah range is made by John Durham at Plantagenet from
fruit sourced from vineyards throughout Western Australia. The
wines have nicely focused fruit with lifted perfumes and good
balance and are excellent quality for the price.
