Available in cases of 12 only A powerful wine with pronounced flavours of peach, melon, fig and almond notes. A richly textured and complex wine with good balance and persistence. Rich and lifted aromas of white peach, honey dew and citrus blossom resonate over butterscotch, toasted almond, honey and subtle spice.

n 1998 Hollick expanded north of Coonawarra by developing the 24 ha Red Ridge vineyard at Wrattonbully on a prime outcrop of terra rossa soil which includes trial plantings of Tempranillo and Sangiovese. 2007 saw Hollick celebrate their 25th Anniversary. It was also the year that Ian's daughters Mel and Kate joined 'the firm'. The appropriately named restaurant 'Upstairs at Hollick' is the first winery restaurant in Coonawarra and has been a tremendous success with panoramic views of the vineyards and more intimately into their barrel store.
