Tasting Notes:
Available in cases of 12 only A lively palate dominated by fresh and clean citrus furits with an enticing mix of passionfruit, gooseberry, mineral tones and herbaceous traces creating complexity. This wine has elegance, texture and persistence with a crisp finish. A great aperatif wine, but perfectly matched with a Scallop, mint and mango salad with a garlic and chilli dressing.

In 1998 Hollick expanded north of Coonawarra by developing the 24 ha Red Ridge vineyard at Wrattonbully on a prime outcrop of terra rossa soil which includes trial plantings of Tempranillo and Sangiovese. 2007 saw Hollick celebrate their 25th Anniversary. It was also the year that Ian's daughters Mel and Kate joined 'the firm'. The appropriately named restaurant 'Upstairs at Hollick' is the first winery restaurant in Coonawarra and has been a tremendous success with panoramic views of the vineyards and more intimately into their barrel store.
