Tasting Notes:
Fruit driven, this wine is rich and dark with red cherries, raspberries and violets on the nose, along with well integrated French oak and creaminess from the malolactic fermention. Subtle smoky oak characters and bright berry fruit flavours on the palate and a nice velvety finish make this a delightfully harmonious Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is particularly well matched with lamb and game meats. A very food friendly wine complementing savoury dishes but is also enjoyable on its own. Best served at room temperature and given a little time to breathe. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
