Tasting Notes:
In appearance, the wine displays gently spiraling bubbles through a bright golden hue. On the nose, sweet almond toasted croissants, cappuccino, vanilla and citrus fruits fill the nose. On the palate, echoes flavours of orange and vanilla with a long dry finish. The bubbles bring roundness yet also freshness to the wine. This vintage lends itself perfectly to be enjoyed with food and suggestions include crab, savoury tartlets, lightly smoked fish or poached halibut.
